Website access and server logs
When you access the website, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include your IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device details, and HTTP status. Our hosting provider, IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, may store this information in server logs. IONOS processes this data on our behalf as a processor (Article 28 GDPR).
We process this data to deliver the website and maintain its stability and security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in these purposes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes; the specific period depends on the IONOS hosting configuration.
Contact by email, phone and WhatsApp
If you contact us, we process your contact details, message and any information needed to handle your enquiry. Providing this information is voluntary; without the details needed, we may be unable to respond. For enquiries about enrolment or a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Statutory retention duties remain unaffected.
The WhatsApp button opens the service only when you click it. If you choose to message us through WhatsApp, the service provider also processes data under its own terms. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. You can contact us by email or phone instead.
External links
Links to external services such as Google Maps open them only when you click. No maps, videos or social media content from other providers are embedded on this website. Once you visit an external site, its provider's privacy notice applies; the provider may process your IP address and usage data, among other information. Data may also be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Cookies, IONOS WebAnalytics and fonts
Without your consent, this website loads no third-party analytics or advertising services and sets no cookies. We store your choice in the cookie banner in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so that we do not ask you again on every visit; this is technically necessary for that purpose. We ask again after one year. Fonts, images and videos are served by this website. As part of hosting, IONOS may analyse visits statistically using WebAnalytics. According to IONOS, WebAnalytics does not use cookies and anonymises IP addresses after transmission. We only receive aggregated statistics that cannot be traced back to individual people. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the use of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
If you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, we load Google Tag Manager. Through it we use Google Analytics to analyse website visits statistically. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Without your consent none of this is loaded and no data is sent to Google.
Google may receive page views, usage events (such as clicks on contact buttons), browser and device information, IP addresses, and identifiers stored in cookies. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code). Google may also process data in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has found an adequate level of protection (Article 45 GDPR).
Google Analytics cookies (for example _ga) are stored for up to two years. In our Analytics account, Google deletes event data such as page views after two months, and data linked to a user identifier 14 months after your last visit. Aggregated statistics without personal data are kept. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future: choose “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and then “Decline”. The website then deletes this domain's Google cookies from your browser.
Recipients and retention
Data is accessible only to people who need it to handle enquiries and to technical service providers, especially IONOS for hosting and the email provider. With your consent, Google also receives data as described above. If you choose WhatsApp or open external links, the respective providers process data under their own responsibility.
We delete contact enquiries when they are no longer needed to handle them. If an enquiry leads to a contractual relationship or legal duties apply, we retain the necessary data for the applicable period. The hosting related retention described above applies to server logs.
Your rights
Under the conditions of the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the details above. You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Article 7(3) GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
There is no automated decision-making, including profiling, as part of this website.
